Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is received.
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Standard Shipping (3–5 business days): Calculated at checkout
  • Expedited Shipping (1–2 business days): Calculated at checkout
  • Free standard shipping on orders over $50 (before tax and after discounts).

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or other unforeseen events.

Shipping Locations

  • We currently ship to addresses within the United States.
  • We do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations at this time.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can monitor delivery progress.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos (if applicable) so we can resolve the issue promptly.
